Project Lead

At AI Spaces, we're building the team that will lead design execution at the highest level. The Project Lead is a pivotal role — 30% management, 70% operational — responsible for coordinating design development and ensuring every project is delivered with technical precision and client confidence.

You will work under the guidance of Partners and the Studio Head, managing cross-discipline coordination, CA leadership, and the full lifecycle of permit sets and submittals. If you have the experience, the credentials, and the drive, this is your role.

Cross-border leadership

The profile

What we look for

Architecture or Interior Design degree

Formal credentials in Architecture or Interior Design. A licensed professional with a strong technical foundation and 5+ years of design experience.

4+ years in US projects

Significant exposure to US-market projects — you understand client standards, AIA contracts, and how American firms operate on the ground.

ACC & BIM Platforms

Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud and all major BIM platforms. You coordinate across disciplines and manage project data with precision.

Enscape / Lumion / Photoshop + AI tools

Full visualization toolkit plus proficiency in AI tools and a PM platform. You work efficiently across design, presentation, and project management layers.

NCIDQ exam completed

Has studied all NCIDQ modules and passed the internal NCIDQ exam. This is a non-negotiable credential for the Project Lead role.

English C1 + Visa USA

Advanced English — you respond to RFIs, lead client calls, and produce documentation independently. Valid US visa for travel required.
