About the role

Who You Are You're driven by curiosity and standards. You care about design, but also about impact. • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field • 1+ year of experience in commercial design (workplace, hospitality, retail) • Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office • Solid understanding of materials, FF&E, lighting, and detailing • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment • High attention to detail with a strong design point of view • Advanced English (C1 or higher) • Able and willing to travel to the United States

The profile

What we look for

Architecture or Design degree

Formal training in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. You have the foundation, we'll give you the canvas.

Revit, AutoCAD & Enscape

Strong command of the full toolkit: Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. These are non-negotiable.

Commercial design experience

At least 1 year in commercial projects, workplace, hospitality, or retail. You know what it takes to deliver at that level.

Materials, FF&E & detailing

Solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E. You sweat the details because you know they're the difference.

Advanced English, C1 or higher

You communicate clearly and confidently in English. Our clients are US-based and expect sharp, fluent collaboration.

Ready to travel to the US

Able and willing to travel to the United States for site visits, client meetings, and project launches. This is a real part of the role.
